SEO

I have a website which I want to be in 1st or 2nd position in Google, Yahoo & MSN for two particular keywords. The website (without optimization) is currently ranked as follows: Keyword 1: 9 on Google, 11 on MSN and 74 on Yahoo. Keyword 2: 8 on Google, 2 on MSN and 4 on Yahoo. This should be a pretty simple task for someone who understand SEO. Please provide examples of SEO that you have already done. Payment will be made once project is completed - Sorry, I'm now very careful because "illusiontechnologies" stole $350 and didn't do any of the project. I would prefer not to name the website publically.
