Site Rankings and PR

Our site [login to view URL] is in need of increase in rankings and PR. Attached is a list of keywords and there search number per month. BEFORE YOU BID!! Place beside each keyword the estimated place in google and yahoo you think you can get. The first 9 keywords are most important. I would like top 3 but top 10 would be ok just will not pay as much. I will also want to arrange some kind of monthly deal to keep the rankings that high. PM any questions. I want to make sure the project is understood and i value communication very much. Ben
