Top 5 ranks needed in Google, Yahoo, MSN

I have several single-page blogs which I want to promote for a number of keywords that are mostly low to average competition keywords. Payment will be made Only after results are achieved. Though I am looking forward to google but I know its not that easy hence I am willing to pay even if you achieve top 5 ranks in yahoo, msn. I will pay the agreed amount exactly after 2 weeks from the time my keywords get in top 5(after 1 month in case of google). I am on a tight budget now, but for google top 5 I am willing to pay more than for msn, yahoo, and anyone who can bring my blogs in top 5 for most of the keywords in google, will get regular work from me. Upfront seekers and auto-responders will be ignored.
