This project requires the complete cloning of the website: [login to view URL] Note that it is required that you at least create a similar layout of the site (it doesn't have to be identical of course) but the functionality must be exactly the same. It is extremely important that you register on that site to obtain a clear understanding of what is needed. It is your responsibility to determine to correct bid amount with proper recognition of the requirements. We will not accept or tolerate any bid increments once the bid has been accepted because someone was way too lazy to review the requirements properly. IMPORTANT: You will only be awarded the project once you have agreed to the terms and have provided me with the TOTAL bid amount. I don't want to get surprises later on by asking me that you want more and more money. Please save yourself the time and don't try to con our company. PAYMENT TERMS: We will only submit payment in full once the project is 100% complete and operational. We will only use escrow with developers that have 5+ feedback rating, for all others below that amount I will not use escrow but will instead pay in full once the project is complete.
