I need to have a website designed. This will be a small brochure style site with a max of 10 pages. We already have a site to base the design off of. I am looking for a designer who will submit mockups for client review, and upon approval of the design provide the mockup both as a PSD and in HTML format. The final HTML must work in both IE 6 & 7 and Firefox. Post message in PMB w/ approximate bids to receive further details about the project.
