Free Site Web Design + Banners

I am looking for an approximate 10-15 page design (all but 2-4 of the pages are pretty simple pages with just about one table of data) for a website that gives away free gifts to people. The concept is somewhat hard to grasp for people who are not familiar with it. Basically someone signs up at my website, they "complete an offer" which means they signup for a free trial of some sort, I get paid for the offer they "complete" by the company they sign up under, they tell a certain number of their friends to sign up under their trackable referral/affiliate link and all their friends must complete an offer, as well. Once they have enough friends that have completed an offer, I will have collected a certain amount of money enabling me to pay for a "free" gift for them. This job will be for 2 websites (2x of what is described in the first paragraph). Both of which will be linked together in a "free gift" network which means that the sites must look similar to one another but still retain unique qualities that stand the sites out Some examples of this are (although the sites are closed down): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] A guarantee of a top bar like the the one at my site right now: [login to view URL] would be a definite bonus to help land the job. Notice that each site in the network has an icon at the top bar. The designs need to be pretty compact, simple, and clean. No rich content (Flash, etc). Customizability is a MUST! To figure out what functional elements must be included, view my current sites: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (please signup and browse through the site if you arent already familiar with the structure of these free gift sites) Finally, at least one standard sized web banner for each site must be included. It must be catchy and selling. Offering additional banners is a plus. Any additional graphics is a plus. I need to be able to communicate with you LIVE throughout this process. This means phone or AIM preferably. All money goes into an escrow service and you will receive I receive the final template. A demo of the design idea is expected before the design is actually made and we must agree upon the elements of the script. Another demo is required before the script is completely done. This must be functioning HTML. Finally, once it is complete, I will likely have some minor tweaks I would expect you to fix. I must retain all rights to use the script after you receive payment and you must allow me to modify it in whatever way I choose including copying it.
