I am looking for someone who can design a WC3 compliant template within 1-2 days. Its for a real estate website. I really like the color and look of www (dot) realtor (dot) com, so please take that into consideration when designing the site (colors, layout, etc)
I am going to be using what is called an IDX solution. I need at least 650px for the content section. Take a look at their example website to see how they designed their sites: [login to view URL]
if you look at www (dot) thepilksrealestate (dot) com, you will see that I need a three column layout, with the navigation on the left side. The content middle section needs to be at least 650px. There also needs to be a featured listing section on the right side.
Also I need to have a New Listing Notifcation icon, Search area listings, and featured listing. Just base the content of the template off of the site I just mentioned.
Design considerations:
Look at the realtor (dot) com site for layout/colors/design. For content refer to the www (dot) thepilksrealestate (dot) com. The site must be fresh and try to integrate a web 2.0 look.
What I want:
I want a uncoded PSD file, as well as the fully coded tableless CSS html format. I need all of the images as well. The site must be WC3 compliant and error free. I need my image to show up as well. The title of the site will be Sacramento Metro Area Real Estate. I want an index page, and a subpage design.
Timeframe:
I need this template done and delivered to me by this weekend at the latest. Before I start any escrow, I will need to see a screenshot of the initial mockup. If I like it I will setup an escrow for the agreed upon amount and once I receive all of the files, I will release it. The escrow will be through scriptlance.
Revisions/communication:
You must be able to complete this project by this weekend. You must be available by IM or telephone. Communication is key as I am working against a deadline and need the project done ASAP. If I select you I would first expect a mockup and then start the escrow. By bidding on this project you must be able to do as many revisions as it takes until I am satisfied.
