204019 HTML Copy/Paste Search/Replace

I need to extract and transform the data from the following: [login to view URL] There are four tabs across the top (Intel, Via, SiS, ALi) Within each of these tabs are links to a motherboard model. From each motherboard detail page. For example: [login to view URL] I need the main content (table with purple background) and the motherboard image extracted. The data then needs to be cleaned up so that it conforms to the following layout (notice file is only <table></table> block without header and footer info): [login to view URL] Deliverable will be HTML file following the sample format named as motherboard [login to view URL] (using above example, [login to view URL]). Images should be save in a subfolder 'images_mb' relative to the document. I have already downloaded and saved the files so I will send a zip file upon successful bid.
