I am looking for a very high level graphic designer that can develop custom web 2 layouts from the design information provided by me. From there once we have made 1 round of revisions you will convert the design into a DRUPAL theme. This theme will be implemented into a DRUPAL web site and you will then provide us the ability to test the design to ensure it is working properly. Once complete and we sign off you will upload the design and the DRUPAL site to our server. We have looked any many designers portfolios. We are looking for a very high level designer, so if you have a strong portfolio and have multiple examples of this work then I would suggest applying. Otherwise we are not interested in a sub-par portfolio and/or designs. Please provide a URL to review your work when you bid. Also provide estimated turn around time on the two layouts as time is a factor.
