Fashion site in Joomla with shopping cart

Looking for a great graphics designer and Joomla developer to create a fistclass site for a small design/fashion site with a shopping cart. Probably Joomla + Virtuemart. Nothing complicated on the shop. Only first class design is interesting. Documented Joomla experience is required. More info will be given in PM to providers we think will be able to deliver what we need. We have very high demands on delivering in time and communication in the projects. If you are not used to deliver according to agreed plans or if you are not good at communicating during projects, do not bid. The provider chosen will also be awarded a number of other projects once this project is successfully finalized.
