Flash Ad Redesign (2 Ads)

I hired a Flash designer to create two Flash ads for a website project, and midway through the project, she stopped working (and won't return phone calls, won't answer emails, etc.). She left me hanging. So, I now need a Flash developer who can create/complete the two ads. Here is the link to the two ads as they stand at the moment: <[login to view URL]> The flow/content is completed (only very minor changes might be possible), but the quality and choice of images/graphics needs to be improved. I have a high quality version of the Mindwarp logo, but I don't have any of the Flash source files. You'll need to start from scratch recreating what you see.
