HTML email template design

Hi Looking for an html email template to be included for email newsletters. i will be using the template for serveral mailer campiagns and monthly newsletters. The template must include all design and be in a format that gets around spam filters and other anti-virus software. i will provide basic design requirements i.e. company logo and details.
