249450 Make Vista Theme/ DesktopX

Good Day Programmers, I need someone to make a Vista theme using any means they choose. It can be a shell replacement, or various tools. desktopx by wincustomize is one option. Although I'm looking for the fastest (less processor power needed). So you're own choice is my preference. I have attached the PSD of the design I want. It must work on multiple screen resolutions although I am mainly looking for these three: 1024x768 1680x1050 Widescreen 2560x1600 Widescreen (yep a 30" widescreen). ! :) The design is VERY basic and you shouldn't have a problem if you've done this kind of thing before. But the main thing is to make it highly easy for you add more customisation later. I'm looking for someone to take my PSD in organised layers and turn into a theme, but I want to keep adding more elements that I will pay you do add to later on. For instance, window styles, taskbar etc. If you offer to animate it I will hirer you almost instantly :D Money is in scriptlance and waiting! Thanks for looking and good luck.
