New website - New Google Ad Words PPC campaign

Hi there First time user to freelancer. We are a telephony company based in Sydney and are looking to bring a new PPC campaign to market. The look and feel of the website would be similar to [login to view URL] which is clean crisp and to the point. There may not be as many subpages as this site obviously but there will be some. Allow to design say 10 pages in total. The site will be something like [login to view URL] which portays that our business is essentially 'Siemens' when in fact we are merely a business centre so its important to convey a large company feel. Experience is essential and track record will be checked. I will develop lots of these types of pages if we get the first one right. Important information as follows :- Fixed logo top left contact us page quick contact us form on front page menu bar similar with a few drop downs but not many quick links on right hand side rolling animated GIF similar ( photos would need to be sourced from a stock company ) 3 main sub menus below i have soem images of handsets etc and images relating to the project but the rest of the 'people' and general images will need to be sourced by you.
