Website design and modifications.

We are looking to put up our ecommerce site. At the time, we've set up a cubecart site and believe this is the shopping cart we'd like to use. We are willing to change to a different shopping cart as long as the source code is open. We would like product categories across the top of the page instead of on the left, and would like there to be sub categories. The but These categories should be created from the back end of Cube cart, not be static tabs. We are looking for at least the following to be done: -New Logo -Redesign first page including an image which is related to the types of products that we sell -Category and sub category tabs across the top of the page, not the left. These tabs should not be static, they must be created on the backend system of Cubecart. -New Buttons The following would be a plus, but are not immediate requirements -A better coupon module. A coupon module to be more detailed and to include minimum purchase price, or to require a specific item to be in the cart, or both. -A FedEx shipping module. -An RMA module -A multiple image module displaying images when customer clicks. -Get product feed from different vendors Please give us a quote, we are looking to have this completed by December 12. This is the absolute latest for the deadline. We are price conscious.
