Move Amazon listings to eBay Store

I have an [login to view URL] seller account (professional) and there are over 20,000 products on my amazon. I would like to create eBay store and move all of my amazon products to eBay store. Please make a tool having the following features: 1) First, set the template, shipping fee charts(per weight) and category for eBay. 2) Import (bulk import is a must) price,pictures,description and weight information from Amazon. Products like CD and DVD don't have weight information on Amazon. In this case, enter 0 weight. 3) Export (bulk upload is a must) price,pictures,description and weight information to eBay. Shipping fee will be entered automatically by weight and charts. To simplify the tool system, I use only one shipping method (standard shipping). I will accept free-shipping for all products if necessary. I will accept any other good methods and your suggestion. All I want to do is to upload all my products with Amazon information to eBay automatically and save my time. I need someone who already has eBay experience and can create a nice template. Remember, there are over 20,000 products and I expect perfection. Please show me some examples of your past eBay work so I can evaluate. If your tool is good one, I will pay bonus and order updating jobs continuously.
