Simple Drupal site with image/video gallery

I would like to develop a simple CMS site with an image/video gallery and video uploading using Drupal. It will be a small scale site with only a few users, mainly to be used for presentations so SEO, ads, social networking functions, etc. are not wanted. I would like the user to arrive at the site's private homepage and have to login to access the site. Literally, a login and password box on the landing page, nothing else. Upon logging in, the user would go to their gallery content page. The gallery function (I was thinking maybe the AcideFree module?) would have to have a top level of categories or albums, and then the ability to have at least 14 sub-albums within each top level. The user can click one of the top level albums and then choose a sub-album which would display thumbnails of the images and videos in that album. The albums would have to be able to contain a mix of images and video files, sortable numerically by title. The thumbnails for each file, once clicked should go to the specific image or video in a new frame or browser window. When clicked, the images should display in full-screen (I think there's a flash module for that?). The videos should be like any flash player streaming videos that can be buffered, and able to display in full-screen in HD if the source video allows for it. All of the content on the website will be hosted on, and streamed from, the server. When uploading videos, the module will have to convert them to FLV files to allow for streaming (I'm not sure, but maybe the FFmpeg module would work?). The source videos will be a variety of file types including AVI, MPG, MP4, etc. so they will need to be uploaded and converted to an acceptable format for streaming. I would also like to be able to stream them in HD if the source video resolution is high enough. When uploading images and videos, I would also like to be able to give them tags or key words, like most video site allow. That way, if a user clicks a key word from one video, they would get a list of all videos or images with the same key word. As well, each image or video would have to have a short description. I don't need comments, ratings, download, or sharing functions. Also, if possible, I would like to have a function similar to [login to view URL] where you enter a Youtube address in a box and it allows you to download the FLV or MP4 file from Youtube to your computer. Basically, I would like to be able to download specific videos from Youtube, or other video sites, and save them to my computer, or re-upload them to my site, if needed. Finally, if there is any way to add a simple barebones wiki module to the site, I would be interested in that as well. As far as the look and feel of the site, I am looking for a very simple and very clean layout, ideally using white, black and red, but brighter is better. Being able to easily and clearly navigate between albums and sub-albums is important; and the content, when used, will be streamed or displayed in full-screen.
