I am looking for an freelance web designer for a large e-commerce [login to view URL] person must have desire to deliver needs. * No flash, or animation * Only pure HTML Design (mainly focus on CSS), multi/cross browser compatibility (opera, firefox, IE 5.0 - 8.0, chrome, Linux, Apple Mac, our testing team will do all computability check), W3C compliance, CSS 2.0 Compliance is must for site. * Decent e commerce site design, with efficiency in mind for SEO and page performance. * simple neat design * No JavaScript menus (just pure CSS base menu & navigation) * Understand user experience & accessibility. This will be a long term work in case if any applicant deliver a successful theme for website. At this moment it's all about website designing in future, we may pass on good amount of work for advertisement campaigns, festival themes etc. *PS. Note: we are not looking for SEO or Flash Professional, it's only about web design. *Knowledge for Microsoft Expression is preferable. Microsoft Expression Design will get priority over Photoshop PSD. It's only home base assignment and we'll not provide any infrastructure for that. Budget $75 - $100
