We are looking for a system that can go through our videos (4 hours in length) of people running in marathons. The system must then scan through the videos to look for the bibs/ numbers that the the runners have pinned to the front of their shirts (identification number).
The system must then take a 'snap' picture of that moment, and make a JPG of that moment. It must then save that image into a database that can be retrieved by typing in the bib number.
Summary of steps that we require:
- System to scan through video, and recognise the numbers on the front of marathon runners.
- Take a snap image of that moment - of the person running (when the system recognises the number).
- Then save this new image into a database, with the image saved as the number on the front of the runner.
The system needs to be easy to use, and must run from a PC.
Please PMB if you have any questions.
Thanks.
