Logo / Header Design Fix/install in Magento site

I’m looking for someone to fix the Header/Logo at [login to view URL] and install into the Magento website. 1. Review image at [login to view URL] 2. The color of the image needs changed to light blue like the rest of the site 3. The image should have rounded edges at the top and square at the bottom. Winner of this project will also have first shot for designing 2 advertising blocks for me. One on the home page left side “now in new collection” and another one so I can put it on other sites for advertising. Thanks
