AdSense site in JoomLa Platform - Bidders with same Project Experience only should Bid! - repost

Hello Bidder, I need an AdSense site that generates $700-800 per month. I have an Adsense account and I will give it to you to enter it. I need this site to be made using Joomla, so I can add more contents later myself easily someday. NO MILESTONE PAYMENT ON START. MILESTONE WILL BE PAID AFTER COMPLETION OF WORK AND SITE STARTS GENERATING INCOME. EMPLOYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: 1) Employer will register the domain name to any registrar that the employer have chosen 2) Employer will secure the Hosting services to any hosting that the employer have chosen 3) Employer will initiate Joomla in the server (customization to be done by bidder) 4) Employer will provide the Adsense ID/Analytics ID/ Fresh email address if needed. 5) Perform Payout to the Freelancer accordingly. 6) Employer will not do anything else further after item 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5. FREELANCE WORKER'S RESPONSIBILITY: 1) Give the employer the type of Niche and the Domain Name to be registered,Set the Joomla site properly 2) Design, customized Joomla that will properly engage visitor to click on Adsense Ads 3) Put Original Images and Content - No Spun Article (must be unique and all original and not posted somewhere else) 4) Perform White Hat SEO to the site (BLACK HAT NOT ALLOWED) 5) Place the site in Google Page 1 with highly-searchable Keyword in 30 days period or less 6) Maintain the site at Page 1 rank for the next 6 months 7) Make the Adsense generate income for not less than USD 700 - USD 800 per month and Minimum of $25 daily. 8) Generate Unique Organic Clicks on the Adsense ADS; NO TRAFFIC BUYING, NO LINK BUYING, NO PAID VISITORS 9) All VISITORS must come from Unique IP addresses 10) No Illegal Clicks on Adsense, No Use of Robots/Bots, No Pharma, No Dating, No Sex or Porno 11) Keep and maintain the site in Good Standing with Google and to follow Google Adsense Policy 12) To strictly abide with Google Adsense Rules of advertising 13) and put the site in Permanent Action 14) Install Google Analytics Properly (analytics ID to be provided by employer). 15) Tweak the site for any issues This will be a long term project and like to discuss more with the interested bidder with all possible setup so we can be both happy. I will pay immediate after I see the income coming into my Adsense account, so please don't bid if you don't agree. Also, only bid if you are an Adsense expert. I need this site to keep earning money continuously. Also, please don't bid if you don't agree on this - I will only put the milestone payment every 2 weeks but the result should be proven first - that my Adsense account is really generating the bracket income stated above.
