Affiliate credit card marketing website

I want to create a affilate credit card based website. I want the website to be very professional and SEO optimized. I want users to be attracted to the site for information and feel the site provides great information and credit card types. I prefer someone who has affiliate marketing experience and can design the site w/ the best/highest paying credit card affiliate marketing campaigns. I want the site to be very easy to navigatte and provide credit card tips, credit reporting tips and also several types of credit cards. I want an easy way to categorize credit cards. I want visitors to be able to find credit cards by the following options. * Reward type !Gas !Cash !Airline !Vechicle !other, etc.... * Credit Tupe !Perfect !Good !Fair !Bad !Poor !Student !Guaranteed, etc * Card Brand !Visa !MasterCard !Discover !Amex ! Student * Card Type !Gas !Automotive !Retail !Hotel !Entertainment I want all card offers to be categorized with these options. So when I visitor selects and option it pulls up a card with the options the selected. From my site I want a user to be able to apply for any card and I want to make sure I get credit/paid for the user applying for to offer. I want the have highest paying cards first on all pages. I also want to have a way to track my affiliate marketing campaigns to make sure Im getting paid correctly. In addition to the original site design I will be looking for persons to market my site and will also pay commissions to legitimate referrals to my site and legitimate credit card applications for which I get paid.
