Wordpress - Recipe website

I need a Wordpress professional to build me a Recipe Website. Project Description: - You need to use the latest version of Wordpress to implement the site. - You need to configure the security options to protect the site from hackers. - You need to show me a design of the layout or theme, before i can award you the project. - You need to hand over all copyrights to me in writing. For the content - The site must have navigations menu for food categories - The categories should be • Meat & Seafood • Vegetarian • Snacks • Desserts • Drinks • Rice & Bread • Tips (This should contain - cooking tips) - You need to write 20 recipes for each of the above categories (140 recipes in-total). - All recipes should have a relevant picture. The picture needs to be free of any copyright and royalty. The copyright of the picture should belong to me. - All recipes should be unique and be search engine optimized. I will check this in copyscape premium. - The recipes should have rating functionality, so people can rate them - There should also be a commenting section for each recipe. - You need to add functionality to share each recipe in Facebook/Twitter Please show me a sketch design of how the interface will look. I need spaces for putting adsense, in the site so, you need to design accordingly. You need to search engine optimize the site for me (SEO) No time wasters please. Only bid if you can deliver on time. No negotiations on the payment. I will create a small milestone to start off, but majority of money will be given to you, once i have tested the site.
