magento site java implementation and design reposted

I have recently had a PSD converted into a Magento template however the project is not complete I need the following work completing:- 1. Java functions adding to the site for the main page menu, main page product selector / search. Main page carrousel scroller, product image, cookies notification. 2. I have PSD files for the products view and listing page and need the default pages such as the checkout pages, contact us, terms etc to look and feel like the PSD designs. 3. I have content that needs to be uploaded and all links working.
