Virtual store without credit card

I-Store project script: I want to sell prepaid GSM phones cards’ PIN online for different GSM networks in Ghana, as well as prepaid & PIN related cards and other digital products (softwares, ebooks, online music & videos, video games, etc) The operators sell me the pins in batches; i upload it to my server, and customers Log In to buy the PINs either in singles or in batches. About payment processing [login to view URL] that I am in Ghana, where there is no unified online payment processing gateway, I have in mind to make my own online payment processing system for this venture and possibly for use by other ideas to come. It will be in form of printing my own recharge scratch cards. I don’t intend to use credit card. 1. The issue of a quality and secure PIN managemnt software (& maybe hardware): generate, load to server, administer it by means of autentication and VERIFICATION, etc. Now, there are more issues under this, as follows: a) Able to generate PINs( preferably 14 digits) b) Able to generate serial numbers for each PIN c) Able to generate batch numbers d) Able to tag value to each batch of PINs generated on demand (example: I might command the software to generate1, 000 PINs valued at GHC 50 each. Bear in mind, online verification and subsequent use in online purchase) 2. The issue of printing these PINs on my own scratch cards with regards to safety being that a third party might be involved. It will work this way: if you want to be our reseller or buyer, you have to purchase our recharge cards (lets say 20 GHC worth) from a retail store, cybercafe, etc. then you Log In on our site to key in the PIN in the appropriate area, and it reveals the amount it is worth, then you can start shopping for different cards, softwares, music & videos, etc. you then check out. 3. I would like to have 3 options in the check-out of the purchase of PIN cards. 1) User wants to print the PIN numbers on a paper. 2) User wants to send PIN to someone else as SMS. When the user chooses this option, the site would send the PIN(s) to the inputed phone number as SMS. The user will be charged as stipulated amount (he must have at least that amount to be able to proceed with this option.) 3) User wants to send PIN to his/ her email for use later. Also the system should be set in a way I can sell other digital products, like ebooks, softwares, music & videos. For example a musician or writter brings/ sends his music album, video clips or Ebook which I will upload on my server so that their fans can purchase them from my website (the system should allow the musician/ content owner to log in to get a real-time report concerning his content: how many dowloads, date & time, total amont, etc). N.B: The system should be accessible for any mobile phone with a web browser because most people here don’t have internet access on their PCs but rather use their mobile phone to access the internet.
