Mail Push Monitor and Notifier in Java

Hello Colleges I'm a java programmer and i need a little bit of help. I use to program using Maven and Eclipse. What i need is an application to check for incoming mails with xml attachments and process attachments throw a verification process. Then build a report in excel and if any problem in verification steps, send mail to customer mails. Proccess: 1. To check for new mails in an IMAP server. (I found code for that in [login to view URL], it runs ok on netbeans) 2. To check if new mail has xml attachments. (I already have some code to download mails between two dates with attachments) 3. If so, download xml and pdf attachments and store it in a temp folder. 4. To check structure of downloaded xml against several schemas. (I already coded this). 5. If ok check signatures of xml (I already coded this). 6. If ok consumes a webservices to get publication status (I already coded this). 7. If from webservices it receives "not found" status, retry after 24 hrs, until 3 days. (cicle not programmed yet) 8. If any error, to log it, and send notifications mails to configured mails and sender (not programmed yet, but i have [login to view URL] for send mails) 9. To make an excel report of valid and not valid xml, with issues found. (i have some reports created in excel, with java) 10. To create web interface for that 11. Add licencing system per customer account ( i have something very basic with String encrypting) I think it could be done in some hrs, from 3-6, and i have 25 usd in my budget, anyone interested?
