Ebook and website - Must be good at marketing ebooks

I need someone to help do ALL of the following, someone with a complete package. i have the content of the eBook, i need somebody to package it to look professional. Importantley, I need someone to develop a basic website, including Ikobo payment system. This website needs to designed to sell eBooks. I need them to also perform SEO, to ensure high numbers of sales. Also, need hosting services. Must be professional firm, anyone who does not have experience in this type of work (including SEO) do not apply. I need an expert on this type of work, looking for long-term relationship.
