Wordpress designer for product landing pages

We need a designer who is good in XHML and CSS and in creating Wordpress templates for our business. We will need 8 product landing pages (health and beauty products). Our usual payment is $30-40 per one wordpress design in the beginning and then we increase it with time if we are satisfied with the designs and continue with you on a regular basis. We will need work to be completed within deadlines - with no exceptions. All website templates are health and beauty oriented, they must be web 2.0 and must follow marketing guidelines, so experience in that area is needed. There are a few other services we would like to offer such as Facebook Fan Page and Twitter page customization and Newsletters designs. I want an attractive, customer-friendly, and easy to navigate wordpress sites. I can provide examples of what i like also. The persons who will be selected for this project should be available for chat online and have strong, open communication skills. You agree that upon sending us the templates all rights to the templates transfer to us. This means you will not sell, reproduce or re-use these templates in any way. I will own all the copyrights of the work as soon as you get paid. Successful completed work will result in long term work with the selected candidate. Good luck and happy bidding.
