Hello All! I need a custom WordPress theme designed. The design must be identical to the following website: [login to view URL] NOTE: 1. No scroll bars on the internal part of the page. The content should all be displayed with no internal bars for the different sections. 2. Menu at the top should be identical and customizable for the different sections of the client's website. 3. The three sections on the home page should have headings that are all alterable / customizable in order for the theme to be fully customizable for different sites. 4.
