• 5 years of experience in solution design, component design, development, implementation and ITSM.
• End to end experience in Telecommunication domain –ITIL
• Proficient in design, installation, administration, configuration, customization, integration and support of below COTS:
o ServiceNow
o Manage Engine – [Service Desk Plus, OpManager, Applications Performance Manager]
• Offshore experience on requirements gathering and analysis
• Good experience in solution design, development and implementation in ITIL.
• Proficient at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner
