Coin Grading Services UX and Business System

I would like a website that allows Registration for customer My coins sent for grading profile area Form Based Process to send coins for grading: Add single or multiple coins of the same type to the list of coins Ensure every data parameter from paper form is on system (date, denomination etc) Specify (tier, conservation, holder, label, pedigree, provenance, crossover certificate number and grade) Specify direction in holder (Obverse Down, Obverse Up, Default for coin) Specify (designation - First Releases, Early Releases) Specify (value and compare with maximum tier value with validation) Allow for rules such as if in NGC holder and Conservation is needed then conservation is the higher of value for tier * 4% Build sub data screens with active flag for (Tier, Conservation Type, USA-World,-Antique, Direction, Designation, Labels, Holders) Build tier and options price list that can be updated for price changes by user Build pricing calculation for each coin and hold detail of options chosen for printing on invoice for example Modern £20 + Service Charge £1 + Tier Fee £3 + XXL Holder £20 + Label £5 Build global choices for the submission (Return Capsules £5, Postage by SD (by number of coins in submission bands) or Tracked and Signed - Manually added by operator or Courier. Freeform additons to invoice for other charges (Like Courier or Import tax paid ) Generate a submission number and email submitter to say thanks for the submission Facility to let submitter add a tracking number to say submission dispatched Admin Function - Log a submission as received and make changes to the submission in case of customer errors. Admin Function - Allocate each coin to a tier and add NGC tier reference. Admin Function - Add grading results for each coin on a submission in a table format Setup Function - Add the NGC Dealer Number Generate a hyperlink available in the customer profile to click to see results [login to view URL] Admin Function - Create a tier submission list on A4 paper showing (Dealer Number, Tier Name, Number of coins sent) and a list of each coin with key details per the paper submission list (attached). - create an invoice to each submitter calculating a price and showing options for each coin submitted. -Show outstanding invoices in portal and allow payment by Paypal Me button for each invoice line. This should be enough to give you an idea of what the system should allow and achieve and the system needs to be for any modern browser and allow CSS to be applied easily. Code should belong to me and be in my GitHub and available for my head of development to review and work on.
