Develop a cashback website

PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR PROJECTS. ALSO, ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AFFILIATE MARKETING. I am looking for an experienced developer able to create a cashback website and browser extension. This website differs a little from sites like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. The idea here is to capture commision from marketplaces like clickbank.com. If the user buys the product/service using my hoplink we should be able to capture this sale and update the database, also sending a confirmation message to user, stating the sale was captured. As there will be products that producer do not allow affiliates to offer cashback, we should grant points to every purchasing user instead. Such earned points will be used to boost cashback for other purchases in sites/offers that allow rewards as cashback (please refer to [login to view URL] as a reference of this idea). Example: if user purchases an items and earn 1 point, this point can be used to boost his next purchase by 25% of the regular cashback %). So, if the purchase is eligible to 10% cashback and user decides to use one point in that purchase, the cashback % becomes 12,5%. User can accumulate as many points possible but can use up to 3 points in the same purchase (75% increase in cashback, for instance). The solution should be able to replicate in my website the landing pages from the producer. But we should also be able to add information to the landing pages, such as cashback percentage or information of points to be earned after purchase, cashback % based upon the qty purchased etc. Clickbank offers should be monitored by the browser extension and everytime the user with installed BE access those sites the BE should display the cashback % in my website and upon user confirmation, we should redirect to my clickbank hoplink.
