Dreamweaver Template

We are reposting this job, from an earlier listing, due to the number of designers who felt the minimum bid was too high for such a simple scope of work. Project details are copied below. If things progress well, we will forward the winning bidder psd layouts of the content and graphics for the rest of the pages to bid on. Here is the original ad: I need someone to create a Dreamweaver template for a site. Here is the URL with the mock-up in photoshop: [login to view URL] I can provide the psd file or separate jpg's. The final page should be centered in the browser, with the body area and the sidebar stretchable downwards, and the footer set to clear. The banner, sidebar, and footer need to be saved as separate library items in Dreamweaver, so that they can be easily updated to different languages later. The final site will work on a .NET platform, so these skills would be preferable for an ongoing relationship, although not required to complete this project. Contact me with any questions.
