Landing page specialist for a VPN service needed

We need to find a person for a very large international VPN service (or to build a team) that will do different landings for selling its services. And here is the actual list of tasks: - to create the idea of landing page; - make a design based on the corporate style and after analyzing the existing within the framework of the affiliate program landings design; - copywriting in English at a level that is acceptable for the US audience; - convertation to HTML (optional). We are looking for people to work on a permanent basis on a bet, but first pay hourly or fixed. The most difficult part, it is the most actual - these are ideas, and if pay them separately, it's quite difficult to calculate, so it's better if this item is a part of other work. But if suddenly you know how to generate sensible ideas like a fountain, then please tell us about it! We really need this in the first place. No idea - no landing.
