music lyric site

I am unfamiliar with html and building websites so you will have to bare with me. I would like to have a somewhat basic music lyric site built. I need to be able to make changes and updates for the site from the internet. So it needs to be dynamically generated and database driven, but needs to write out to html pages every night and update the pages. I will need to be able to update the site and input new lyrics via the web when they become available. I would also like to be able to edit the sites html with Frontpage from my home computer to make serious changes when needed. It would be good also if I could make changes to the site via internet when I’m away. Just little things like a little note to the viewers on the homepage. It will have basic things such as: 1. search box where you can search by song or artist 2. newsletter sign-up 3. the same links on every page on the right hand side of the page Here are some examples of lyric sites that are out there now on the web.
