HI there, I have gone through your survey kind of script requirements. you are asking for a script/ page where it will show 20 questions with answers. and you want to load them dynamically, so each time page loads it will load at different questions spots. But for this to achieve, we require server side language as well. You said this: "which can run a web server without any requirements or server side permissions, settings, etc." Please explain this further, if you donot want to use server then where will you host these? In which language you wanted to build it? If you are targeting online users then php/html is a best choice. but it requires server. What about design element? how do you want it to look a like? Do you want it to be linked with other application as well? or just survey is required? I have number of other questions which need to be asked. But I understand the gist of it and can provide you with standalone script holding 20 random questions.

Hi, I'm Matt Sergei - do call me Matt - and can create quiz standalone web page for you (25 years of IT and web mastering practice). So your web page quiz solution will be relatively simple: 1. Questions and answers defined in a simple array with A, B, C or D assigned to answers. Do note that you cannot really hide this from a web user (if he checks the web page source) if questions and accounting of answers are not running from/on a website. 2. Random order of answers and user answers accumulating in another array for full 20 questions. 3. For a percentage of total (right/wrong answers) pie chart created on the fly with D3.js (free) javascript library is suitable graphical representation. All the features above will work as long as there is NO reading of files (e.g. questions and answers) since this requires a web server. Regarding your other requirements - flexible layout will be used (though I prefer BootStrap styles). I’m not a graphic designer per se yet will add gradients and some other enhancements (text shadows, nice fonts etc). Last note would that is actually possible to embed any javascript in the same web page - so even libraries like D3.js for a chart. I have created one complex simulation and other pages that have all codes embedded. I don’t know why other bids are so high - this is one week task. Looking forward to your reply, Matt
