2 page website template needed really fast

I'm looking for a 2 page site that looks like this: Page 1: [login to view URL];cpgnid=2318 I would like to use this 3rd party shopping cart and put the order form on page 1 instead of page 2. Here is my customizable shopping cart that I can input any HTML creative I want. Right now it's currently blank and just has the order form.
