Solution for 10 Technical Issues and Functional Requirements in a MVC App

A small company with limited resources is trying to develop an app to support its business. Despite good progress, facing some common technical issues with certain functional requirements, shouldn't be difficult for an experienced MVC/C# Web Developer. What all is needed is the proof of concept for problematic areas demonstrated in the sample application which will be provided to you. No finished product is required but solutions to problems which can be followed easily by an moderately experienced programmer. Here is the list of technical issues to resolve. 1. Using Ajax to refresh part of screen. Problem is the browser back button will take to the first page and in between navigation are lost. Need to update browser history on all the AJAX calls, when user presses Back/Next browser button, a smooth experience is delivered. 2. System should notify user if email address is available when signing up for a new account which is remote validation. As soon as user has entered email address like abc at xyz dot com which is valid email address, system should check in the database if available and display the error if not on the modal dialog. 3. Client Side Validation on Modal Form is not working for some reason, need to be fixed. It works on a form within the sample solution however doesn't work user register in modal form. 4. Cascading Drop Down List Functionality need to be implemented. When parent category is selected, sub categories drop down option are reduced to its child. Once a sub category is selected, only child of selected sub category are shown in 3rd combo with fields values related to modal updated . 5. "Choose File" button shows File Dialog, a file can be selected however browser doesn't return full path instead a fake path with correct filename is returned. Full path is required. 6. Get current Geo Coordinates using Google API's already implemented on form however current location to be shown on map with marker. Modal fields should be updated with the coordinates. 7. Floor plan need to be drawn using chairs, tables and walls by dragging/dropping/moving/sizing relevant icons from the toolbar on canvas. Saving of positions when app is reopened, the object are drawn to saved positions. Changing color dynamically if table is occupied. Hovering table should display the contents from database as a tooltip. 8. Navigation menu need to be redesigned as per the latest trends. Ajax calls should update particular area of form with partial views. 9 & 10 to be updated later.
