talented web designer needed with expert understanding of desiging websites

i am looking for a rockstar web designer who has CLEAR UNDERSTANDINGS for how websites are designed. the winning bidder will design 3-5 pages for me. The website will have a similar structure as DailyCandy ([login to view URL]) but will have a completely different look and feel design to it.
