I propose developing the site in Wordpress. I understand that anyone can submit a story? What contact details do they need to submit? Will the administrator approve stories before they are published? Stories will be only text? Anyone can leave comments? Do comments need to be moderated before being displayed? How will stories be displayed / listed? Please share above details along with any reference sites/ themes that you like.
