Website Templates - Residential and Commercial Cleaning

I'm looking for professional CSS website templates for the House Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning industry. I'm looking for mainly CSS designs, but some flash for menu bar or header is okay. The templates must be professional, well polished, easy to customize and must be original. I plan to resell these templates to my clients so nothing that would require a royalty or violate copyright laws. I HAVE VIEWED EVERY TEMPLATE ON LEADING TEMPLATE SITES SO DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT SENDING ME ONE OF THEIR TEMPLATES. I'M LOOKING FOR ORIGINAL WORK. I'm looking to purchase 20 templates in all and will purchase from multiple service providers. Please send me an image or link for each template, and indicate the language (FLASH, PSD, HTML, CSS, JPG, etc) for each design. Also indicate any other pages included in the template and price for each template. I will only purchase the templates I like.
