Wordpress Job Board Site

Need individual or team to revamp and update an existing WP website. Site is similar to Odesk, with the primary focus being having users in the mail list and user desire to have a profile in the Virtual Assistant Directory. This site is monetized by leading the users into getting website (sponsor) and rewarding them for having a website. If they don't have a website, they need to be reminded of it throughout the process. In the signup process, In the applying for the jobs etc. Responsive Design Site will have a modern design but will incorporate the current Skyline design element into the new header/design elements across the site. Header, Footer, Sections, Forms, Pop-ups etc. Visually appealing Layout If you do not have a designer currently working for you, we can provide one of our designers to handle the look of the site. Existing Links and Structure Existing links are highly indexed. Must maintain and keep existing links for SEO purposes. Job Board Functionality Employers, verified & Paid can post to board, . Additionally, admins can post and edit employers job postings. There will be a Cron job or equivalent in place to make jobs roll over for the appearance of freshly submitted jobs. Example: 
Job is added on 1/1 on 2/15 the jobs submittal time will “refresh” and the job will be displayed as being added on February 15th. Jobs will fall off of users “applied jobs” if they have already applied. ***All jobs must have structured data. Directory The Directory page should be done to make users want to be included in the Directory. Visually appealing with the highest rated/ranked applicants in a prominent position, both on the main directory page and on the Job Category page. The Directory must be a form/field driven content.
One of the main sponsors for this site is a website company. The goal of the directory is to have the highest ranked candidates per category, be highlighted and appear higher in results page. One of the conditions is the users having their own personal external website. Not a linked in profile, or similar but an actual website. There is an existing block for this in the current site. Would like a screenshot of their site to appear in the block and container. If they do not have an external website, there will be a default image and wording that indicates that they have no external website. If this default image is displayed it will be url linked to our sponsor. If the users have no external website their ranking score will be lower. Need to limit or ensure that users are not putting malicious links/scripts or words in these fields Membership Functionality Verified users have full access to all the job/content data. Non registered users will have access to site content but will be limited to seeing just job titles and first sentence of the jobs results and will get a CTA that they must join to see full job data if they attempt to view individual jobs. There will be 2 types of job users:
 Active-They are in the main email list and they will have a user profile.
 Inactive- They are not in the main email list, do not have a user profile and do not access to site/job content Email Handling Bulk Mail: Site currently uses Amazon AWS/SES through API and 3rd party app Sendy (Credentials are found in Asana). 
Site will use Mautic or Sendy for robust segmenting of users. 
Active users receive the newsletter, inactive users do not, but we will need a 3rd list of users who have signed into any form on the site and have not become an active user. Form Mail: SMTP Blacklisting: Need to ensure all records are inline… SPF, DKIM, DMARC is a set up and tested for Google, MS, and the major ISP’s >>>>> Utilizing Mautic or Equivalent, Segment potential users and create drip campaigns.
