WP Configure woocommerce affiliateWP and wpForms plugins

Our woocommerce is up and running and 100% configured and affiliateWP is also configured as is our wpForms. We need VERY SPECIFIC configuration alterations to affiliateWP and wpForms. 1) affiliateWP -> configure referral link that pays referrer 50% of the purchase amount of his referee (son) 1st purchase, and the referal link should also give the refered customer 50% discount. This is described in Doc. 2) wpForms -> we use a plugin for brazilian marked that creates a new custom field called CPF (users tax id number) and we need the "CPF" field to be added to a custome registration form in wpForms or another forms plugin. 3) When a client registeres with a referral link he should automatically become an affiliate and be redirected to the store to see our products. We want an experienced developer who can connect to us now vai ANYDESK and configure affiliateWP 50% commission NOW! He should be able to do the entire TASK NOW AS SOON AS THE JOB IS AWARDED. We can't accept freelaners that don't have experience and try to configure this via "trial and error" on our server. It needs to be someone with experience to do this quickly.
