Build a subscription website that reminds reminds subscribers by email and text -- 2

I would like a website that allows people to subscribe to email and text reminders for expiry of Car Tax & MOT. I want to use SMS api to send the automated SMS expiry notifications using Nexmo. I want to use an EMAIL api to send the automated Email expiry notifications using Sparkpost. The road tax and MOT expiry information will also be via an API from: [login to view URL] Customer sees a landing page which is basically selling the subscription service to them and shows a price. When the client clicks sign up then they are able to input their car number plate and upon pressing enter they will see the expiry dates of the car tax and MOT. The customer is then able to choose when they would like to receive a text and email. Customer selects a date and time. The customer is then able to add further cars and an extra charge is added per car. The customer then puts in mobile phone and adds the number twice and it has to match number and email address twice and email must match and a password Customer has to input full name including title e.g. MR Arnold Clarke Customer must tick terms and conditions before they pay. The customer then pays via PayPal or credit/debit card. Customer must be sent an email upon successful payment and then they must confirm email address. Customer is able to login via email or mobile number. Customer is able to update telephone number in admin panel and vehicle info and when they would like to get their texts and email. Validations: UK mobile number always has 44 as the country code and then 10 digits after that. Email validation must also occur. Customer must tick terms and conditions before they pay. I have designs for front end they need improving a bit. I need designs for customer admin and my own admin page.
