Woocommerce Table Rate Shipping Expert Needed

My wordpress website, [login to view URL], is having problems with the Woocommerce table rate shipping. A previous worker deleted the old table rate shipping and the new one is not functioning correctly. I have all the tables and zip codes but something is not correct and I cannot get support from the plugin. The 2 main problems are: 1. The "Table Rate" option is not showing up in the woocommerce settings even thought the plugin is installed AND the shiping zones have already been alocated. 2. Upon entering the zip codes into the shipping zone some are sved and some are not. This website was built on OceanWP Pro with Elementor Pro. I use Siteground for hosting. Once complete it will need to be copied to my staging site for a sister website. Requirements: 1. Expert knowledge of Woocommerce Table Rate Shipping Plugin for Wordpress. 2. Coding Expert. 3. Must Speak English (Google Translate does NOT work). 4. Good communication skills. This should be completed in 1 day.
