Wordpress JSON webservice With Android Push, Iphone Push, Windows Phone Push Notification

We need someone to create webservice for and wordpress website/blog. They Have 3 Section of Post and in each section they have its category and posts. You need to grab them and send a json file 10 post per page. ----------------------------------------------- There is an ad section where i will send you the category Id and no of post need to retrieve, and according to this you will send me json result. ----------------------------------------------- You need to create a table named notification where you store boolean post section and GCMID appid and all. -------------------------------------------------- You need to send push notification to each user or on each appid stored in notification table. Thats All. My budget is strictly 4000.
