Wordpress Ninja and WooCommerce skilled person with experience for long term (if this mini project is solved good)

Our startup is looking for a WordPress skilled ninja to be part of our team and help us fix the following before launching to give the best user experience: 1. Fix the API + php errors currently showing 2. Optimize the speed of the site specially admin part 3. Make the admin panel to be view on mobiles (responsive) 4. Adjust the payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, YourPay) 5. Setup a shipping module from [login to view URL] 6. Fix minor layout issues (eg. size of the text, button, etc.) 7. Indexing and clean database Other small issues After we have had some low skilled developers onboard we are trying again – so you must have experience. We are looking for a person with experience in Wordpress and WooCommerce to help our startup the last steps before we launch. You will also have access and support from to the developers of our five main used plugins (SLA from bigger companies). We are having Bluehost as hosting, website is built with WordPress, Elementor Pro and YITH plugins. You must be self-thinking and driving. And if job is well done you may become a regular part of the team. Job start: from 8 JUN (ASAP) but we have time to find the right match. We are in CET-time zone. We have a developer on the team. But due to other tasks and prioritize we need another more skilled person. Before you start, we will have a quick video call to align and ensure you are the person whom we are going to work with. Our developer estimated this small project for max 30 hours for intro project - max hourly rate is 10 USD. If the task is completed satisfying and cooperation is good we will extend the period and numbers of internal-projects until we give you permanent employment with lots of benefits (our HQ is based in Denmark).
