WordPress Permalinks Bulk Edit

Hello . . How do you correspond the permalinks with posts ? Do you have certain string or parameter to be used to identify which post that would be edited ? Something like 'Post ID: Permalink' format. This shouldn't be difficult and approximately only take few hours to build . . Thank you
