flash map

Hello to all. This project is for a flash developer you know action scripts and work with the data base. We have a flash map of a virtual city on an existing website. We need from you to create an adminsitration tool with who the website's administrator can edit few symbols (place butons on map). Also the system need to grab 2 kind of informations from MySql data base and show on map. No design need - the map design is done and functional. Also all php programing/MySql tabels are done.
