.NET Stock Ordering Module interacting with 3rd Party cXML Web Service

THIS PROJECT IS FOR EXPERIENCED .NET DEVELOPERS ONLY CURRENT SYSTEM .NET Stock Control Reordering System - Windows Forms Application The existing application is a Visual [login to view URL] Project with a Microsoft Access Database. The current system lists all of the items that require ordering in a DataGridView, the User selects the items they want to Order, then they click Submit Order Request. At this point a new order is generated in our internal system. REQUIREMENTS The feature you will develop is the transmission of the order to the 3rd party supplier in cXML and > then handle the response from the supplier > and perform sql updates when an order is requested to the supplier > and perform sql updates when a response is received from the supplier > and perform sql updates when the order is confirmed by the supplier Our system must interact with a 3rd Party Web Service. You will do the following 1. When the user places an order, the system must send an Order query to the suppliers Web Service. 1.1. Each item in the list has a barcode. The supplier provides us an items database with product codes for each item. Using the barcode we have, you must get the product code for each item that needs reordering. This is already done by SQL. (The supplier has given us a products database, and the sql code for this is already written.) 1.2. The suppliers product code must be used when generating the order list. 1.3. Orders must be transmitted using cXML Formatting using the web service link provided. 1.4. All xml order requests and responses must be logged in a text file for debugging purposes. 2. Establish a connection to the web service, you will write the code to generate orders in cXML format. You will submit the order to the Suppliers web service 3. Within 1-3 Minutes, The suppliers web service will respond with an order tracking number and a confirmation of each individual item they have available and also list any items that have been rejected. 3.1. All responses must be logged in the Microsoft Access Database per Item. 4. Once the response has been received... 4.1. You will display the response for each order line from the supplier (our system must alert the user of the items that can be ordered.) 4.2. Any items that have been rejected will be automatically placed on hold with an explanation (the explanation is provided by the web service in cXML). 4.3. If there are problems with an order line or if an item is substituted, backordered or rejected, you will perform sql updates to our internal database. 5. The user must confirm the Order and click Commit Order, our system must then use the Tracking reference provided by the supplier and generate a final Commit Order Request. 6. Once the order has been submitted, the web service will provide a final confirmation, the order should be logged in the Microsoft Access Database. 7. It should be possible to send a cancellation request for an order that has already been confirmed. Note: The system MUST be able to Serialize Order Requests and Deserialize Order Responses in cXML from the Suppliers Web Service. The code you write must be multi-threaded. The code you write for connecting to the suppliers web service must be in a seperate dll project. The supplier has provided us the webservice link and documents showing how orders must be formatted and examples of how the web service responses will appear. These will be given to the chosen developer when they have accepted the project. THE CODE YOU WRITE WILL ENTIRELY BELONG TO US AND YOU MUST SIGN A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT.
